Example of our call outs:
During March 2010 Mr D from Fishbourne, reported an upstairs Radiator leak, with risk that the ceilings below would be damaged.
Taskforce Response attended within 3 hours, stopped the leak and fitted a new radiator next day. All cost were covered by the monthly maintenance charge.
Without Response cover this would have cost in excess of £250 plus vat. With his Response cover, there was no charge.

The heating failed on a cold Friday at Mrs L’s home in Emsworth. We attended that day and fitted a new pump, a difficult job to do because of the position of the pump.
Normally this would have cost £190 plus vat; but with Taskforce Response, no charge

Mrs C called us in May. Her aunt had no hot water. We were able to attend within 2 hours, do a temporary fix and return a few days later to fit a new boiler part. Quick, efficient, the problem solved and no cost to Mrs C or her aunt.
